Hooray for the OK Supreme Court. The OK WC law was a “gimme” to the OK “job creators”, who have right to the maximum return on investment, but limiting the WC coverage. After all, employees are sneaky and will take a job and then claim injury just to get free money.

No doubt the Tea Party was behind this law. Got to protect the big dogs at all cost.

JadeFox – do you know how WC works? The premiums are regulated crazy low as compared to the benefit that employees get – sometimes hundreds of thousands – while I don’t agree that workers not get benefits for working less than 180 days – the premiums need to be allowed to rise so that there is enough in the reserves to meet claims. Currently there is not so this will force company’s out of business. JadeFox is it better to have NO jobs? Is it better to benefit 1 person at the cost of a whole company that employs 100’s? There has to be a happy medium and we have yet to find it…..but company’s are not making millions on the backs of workers the way things are currently.
