Well bless my beignet. Missing a call is egregious, but payment for the level of injury put on an opposing player is O.K.

Turns out that most of the officiating crew working the LA/NO game are residents of the state of California. Doesn’t mean they were biased, but it doesn’t look very good either.

Unless it can be proven that the refs intentionally did not call the penalty, the game is over. All they can do now is put rules in effect that this cannot happen again in the future without a review. It’s happened before, such as Brady’s fumble being ruled a forward pass, and the rules were subsequently adjusted.
It’s a shame now as this year’s Super Bowl will be tarnished.

Jack, that call was worse than the Dez Bryant non catch in 2014 against GB.. Think it might be in order to check the officials bank accounts.

Unfortunately it isn’t just a game. It’s all about the money.

You’re right Eddie, to the players and those in the industry it’s all about the money. But for most of us it’s really just entertainment and about where we choose to spend our time & money. Even though some fans act like it’s something more than entertainment. You know, like the jersey-wearing loudmouth from Philly.

The Saints fans should get together with the Cowboy fans and have a cry-baby-bowl.
