Reminds me of what an old wildcatter told me years ago:
If you arrive at a rig and everybody is running away, you run away too, only asking why after everyone stops.
Sad for the workers and their families.
A lot of the problems on oil rigs can be traced back to the government. Regulations and policies written by people not knowing fully what they are talking about.
