I would venture to guess insurers will be closing these loopholes very fast. However, I would think that Agents should make sure when delivering Policies to the Client, to add verbiage about reading all coverage’s and exclusions. Don’t these huge corporations have Risk Manager’s who interpret the policies for the insured? Do they have Attorney’s who help with these issues also? Bankrupting the insurance industry will only lead to further global economic problems.
