MY SON IS ON THE FLORIDA IN NEED OF HELP, HIS HOOD IS OPEN, AND HIS HAZARD LIGHTS ARE ON. SO, WHY WHEN THE STATE FARM TRUCK SAW HIM, WHY DIDN’T THEY DIDN’T STOP!
THIS TRUCK DROVE RIGHT PAST MY SON AND DIDN’T GIVE HIM A SECOND THOUGHT! ARE THESE DRIVERS REAL DOING THERE JOB! OR DID THE DRIVER HAVE A PROBLEM HELPING A YOUNG HISPANIC, WELL GROOMED BOY, WHO WAS ON HIS WHY TO AN INTERVIEW FOR COLLEGE?
THIS ACCURED 1 MILE NORTH PAST THE I4 EXIT AT ABOUT 5:00 PM TODAY 2-17-05. I’D LIKE TO NEW WHY?

I had the same experience this morning when I was stranded with a disabled car for more than 3 hours on the turnpike. The State Farm truck passed me by without a glance. Had it not been for Miami-Dade Police and Florida Highway Patrol who called a tow truck – I would probably still be there.

My husband had just returned from the middle east and wanted to go camping. We hooked up the trailer that had sat for over a year and off we went. When the tire blew on the turnpike, we thought we were done for! But then to our rescue came \”Wesley\” in truck R-5 and he saved the day! You will NEVER know how much he helped us that day! Thank you to Wesley and State Farm! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!

Yesterday on 595 2 miles south of Ft Lauderdale airport I had a tire blow out.
I called 3A’s they had not arrived. A Road Ranger with A State Farm truck arrived. What a lifesaver. I was frightened to death because the side I pulled over was narrow and the passing cars shook my car..he changed my tire. I did not get his name I must have been in shock. I would like to say Thank you again. It happened 2/4 approx 12:00 noon his truck number was 403. Thank you State Farm. Thank you who ever you are.

I live in richmond kentucky. My wife was traveling to miami florida and was going thruoght atlanta georgia and the belt sliped off it’s pully. She then called the road side assistance 800 number. They told her( we have full coverage)that she would have to fix it on her own because they wounld not reimburse her the money that she would have to pay the road side assistance driver that they would send to her location. She is not a happy state farm customer at all.
