It amazes me that the Powers that Be in Tallahassee, knowing full well this issue of Sunsetting of PIP was approaching for what, “the last 3 years!!” wait until the last week to try to hammer out a resolution?
What have they been doing all this time?
Working on Property Tax and Insurance reform? Oh wait, they have not done that either. Any positions open in Tallahassee?
Cause if I was an inept at my job as they are with theirs, I would have been canned long ago!

I read a copy of the proposed bill today, and it is expected to be signed before Monday. There are no changes in the PIP statute through 1/08, but several changes that will go into effect then. I think we will find Monday morning there is still going to be FL PIP.

What’s your next prediction Sam? Your last one didn’t pan out at all.

Florida PIP is a mess, the handling of any possible extensions or reforms are a joke, and Fla deserves to be a laughingstock.

Gub’ment work at its finest; a well-oiled machine.
