I signed up with this Company and the sales people make it sound wonderful. BUT if you file a claim they will find anyway they can to get out of repair or replacement. I have a problem with my AC Unit, it leaks freon and the relay switch is bad…ect The repair man called and advised them of this and told them the condensation from the leak is making my Heat Exchanger rust. There that word. RUST is the excuse they are giving me. The AC Unit is not rusted. The heat is, but it still works and works very well. I have sent them information on the replacement of the AC Unit which I want them to replace and the Heating Unit can be purchased seperate and I agree to pay for that and they still want to fight me. The BBB of NewYork has been notified. OH and they have a physical address of 2711 L ave #2 Brooklyn, NY 11235. This address was put on the certified letter that I sent them.
They probably have more surplus than the start up carriers who write your homeowners in Florida.
