This company gives first right to refusal for Travelers policy placement. Then if Travelers is over +/- $100 only them do the majority of licensed agents shop with their other leading partners using an in-house rater program. The truth is that they are so restrictive in thier “in-house” filters, its difficult to place the business unless you just look the other way or pretend you didnt hear something. Is that who you want insuring you? Cases of drug rehab, employees with ankle bracelets, and domestic abuse.

All Licencing is conducted by an in-house trainer and testing standards are compromised/bent. Thats right the instructor is on homeinsurance.com payroll.

If one drives by the parking lot they can see 6-7 brand new cars. This was the result of an undisclosed bonus acquisition bonus to the leadership team at http://www.homeinsurance.com summing up to the amount of +/- $100,000 ea.

After 3 years, I couldnt sleep at night anymore. The truth will come out about this company sooner rather than later. The insurance commission of North Carolina and other states http://www.homeinsurance.com is producing in should audit this company and its business practices. God help us all.

Wonder how they have that many employees? They Hire and Fire at random. Homeinsurance.com is a HORRIBLE company to work for. They higher ups, who consist mostly of men are known for making very inappropriate comments. They could care less about their employees, it’s all about the money and the greed. It will be interesting to see if those 200 jobs they are talking about actually happen.

If you are searching for a job, I do NOT recommend applying here. They get you in with talk of earning good money and bonus opportunities, however once you are in, it’s like a bait and switch. The money is not that good and these bonus opportunities they refer to are non existent. You will be nothing but a number to them. Another robot who earns them money while you make nothing.

Does anyone have a count of how many lawsuits have been avoided by payoffs of http://www.homeinsurance.com ex-employees for wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual-harassment? It is most certainly a boys club , very few women, zero minorities at a leadership level other than the CEO. At any given point they have two to three african-americans out of 130+ employees. Not quite the EEO mix that Red Ventures had bargained for.

This is a choice place to work at in Wilmington. Please do yourself a favor and you check your morals/standards at the door. You won’t need them at this questionable telemarketing & customer acquisition center. Just pass the in-house personal-lines test and do what your told. Do not question authority and you will be a great success and addition to the Red Ventures family.
