It is already difficult to recieve quality medical care. Most back or neck sprains require 2-6 weeks to correct themselves. A 2 week limit is wrong. I can see many people seeking medical care that isn’t necessary for their own protection. And many more who get to a quack and run many unnecessary test to make money. People will find problems they never knew they had. It will cuase more harm then good. I do believe in setting limits. 6-8 weeks is extremely fair. 2 weeks unrealistic. Insurance company brace youselves for all the unnecessary medical claims. Attorneys get ready to fight for adequate doctors, and any one involved in an accident get ready to get lots of unnecessary medical test.

I think this whole PIP coverage is a waste. All it is a piggy bank for the lawyers/providers in Florida. There are what 9 states left in the whole USA with this PIP and ALL HAVE FRAUD!!!!! Get a clue, how can a state noy require Bodily Injury for SAFE drivers but we all think we are safe…until the unthinkable happens, then punished. Heck GA knows with in days if a consumer has insurance or not and if they don’t the are popped 25.00 each month. I think FL should jump on that band wagon make some money for the state. Need new perspectives in the Capital any ideas how to be heard!!!

Make BI mandatory and get rid of PIP! Notice how the no fault states have the highest fraud rates?
