Wow, a state run operation that doesn’t have to play by the rules that “real” insurance companies have to, doesn’t pay taxes, and they still had to shut down with $60 million (and counting) in outstanding claims. Just another example why Gov’t needs to stay out of the private market. Will they ever learn?
