    So they want immunity from bad faith claims due to being a State entity but they don’t have to follow State guidelines on expenses? They are low on funds but can spend millions on travel, limos,meals. Got to love this stuff.

      Hey, what is wrong with the guy taking a limo, more than likely his Beamer and Bens were at the car wash.

    Things to consider for traveling to the airport: does it cost more to keep the vehicle at the airport parking lot than it would for a round trip cost in a limo? If the parking costs would exceed the limo costs, then who cares – they were saving money.

    As for the hotels and meals, that’s just stupid – most insurance carriers would jam up their employees for such disregard.
