I’ll go along with this, but we need to add a few more to the list of defendants:
    – the coaching staff
    – the university students who’s tuition helps fund the university
    – anyone who bought a ticket to a game since they supported the program
    – the city, town, county, state, country they played in since they didn’t keep them safe.
    – any residents of the same since they support the area by paying their taxes.
    – the person who washed their uniforms
    – the grounds maintenance team
    – the bus driver’s who drove them to away games.
    – the gas station owners and attendents that supplied the fuel.

    – same as above if they played in high school, JFL, etc.

    – and don’t forget their parents who didn’t warn them that repeatedly hitting your head will cause injury.

yes, I’m being sarcastic if you haven’t been able to tell by now, but lawsuits like this get old.

This is BS… really they didn’t know getting hit in the head would cause issues. Just another example of a bunch of losers trying to get $$ for nothing. My husband played high school football and has problems with his shoulder. Should he sue the high school because of his continued injuries… such crap! This just another problem with this country!!
