45 Years Later, Hurricane Camille Downgraded

    So the folks at the NHC are sitting around with nothing to do and they decide to look backwards…..40 years? What difference does it make now?

      Wasn’t it bothering you all these years?
      I hear their next task is to downgrade the strength of Arnold Swartzneger and Lou Ferigno. (both of which I spelled wrong)

    Camille was downgraded strictly to make recent hurricanes seem stronger. No hurricane in my lifetime ever got the violent reports that Camille did as it happened. Camille was reeking havoc all the way up into Virginia, landfall all the way. This was unprecedented.
