Not certain that JSS is correct on this matter. The number of incidents of road rage seem to have gone down since Arizona implemented changes that allow for any legal possesor to carry concealled without a permit. Just may be that the bad guys don’t like to have the victim be able to fight back?
Inasmuch as criminals are already carrying their weapons without concern for the law, I think thou doth protest too much. This will change nothing except letting the law-abiding citizen not be hassled by the govt.
