I don’t understand why the article didn’t reference any reason for the increase…..Also, if hit and run drivers are increasing why would a tougher penalty be a reason to stick around? There just seems to be a lot of underlying information missing. Was there a law change, premium escalation, etc…what do the experts think attributed to this rise?
