“Police found a handgun, more than 60 rounds of ammunition and methamphetamine in the car.”

Too bad the officer didn’t have a dog to throw through the passenger’s side window. Could have cost the city a lot less than shooting her.

Maybe someone can invent a non-lethal, hydraulically-launched snake tube for situations where the driver needs to be stopped, and stopped fast.

    Snakes in a Car.

The officer was on the side of the slowly moving car. He shot twice with a split second in-between shots, his words. Then the car accellerated. He was never in danger. He murdered my daughter and granddaughter. That officer, aka, trigger todd, is a serial killer of note. He should be procecuted.

I feel bad for your loss, but you should have sued Matthew Simmons instead – he’s the one who bolted out of the car to what, avoid an arrest with a gun and ammunition and meth in the car? He abandoned your daughter; maybe the officer didn’t have to use deadly force, but Simmons had a better idea of what was going on, not the cop.

Again, as a parent, I feel your loss.
