Mr. Woods, do tell, how would send a required notice, refund check, claim payment or anything without the ZIP CODE data from your homeowner policies? I mean for the most-part, HO policies are 1-to-1, aren’t they?
And even if they aren’t, they are rated location by location. Insurers have been capturing zip code data on personal lines for decades.
Wouldn’t their homeowner reinsurer have this? Or at least something pretty close?
