Yesterday, Gov Rauner announced that he is recommending the file for Bank Bankruptcy. That would allow the State to take over managing CPS. Good by union! Meanwhile, Rahm is just bashing Rauner. “Its not fair”. In other words, we mis managed this for decades and we want the working folks of the state to bail us out.
This guy Rauner is holding his ground and wont pass a budget with more going out then coming in. Sounds like the Entire Country needs a hard nose effective business man to manage things properly.
