Brentwood Services Administrators Promotes Saldana in Tennessee

Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. (BSA), headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., has promoted Nick Saldana to the position of claim representative II in its Tennessee Claims Department, according to Jeff Pettus, president and chief executive officer of BSA.

With increased responsibility, Saldana is reviewing, processing, and handling medical workers’ compensation claims as assigned by Bonnie Moser, Tennessee claims supervisor. He determines the compensability of the claim and extent of liability, and communicates directly with clients, employers, injured workers, physicians and attorneys, to manage claims in a timely and economic manner.

Initially, Saldana came to Brentwood Services Administrators in October 2013 as a claim assistant with the occupational accident team. His bilingual skills in Spanish enable him to assist with BSA clients and their employees. In May 2015, he was promoted to claim examiner II in the Tennessee Claims Department, and in October 2015 was elevated to the claim representative I position.

Prior to joining BSA, Saldana was an audio engineer for M & C Entertainment, in Nashville, and a customer service representative for The General Insurance in Nashville. Saldana attended the SAE Institute of Technology.
