Why should citizens in the other 49 states have their money taken and given to WV to supposedly fight this issue? Why not let states deal with the problems in their own states?
This “all answers/money come from DC” approach is a problem.
I would rather we have a study on why cell addicted drivers continue to do this activity and put them on programs to put that cell in the glove compartment when they are driving. It is totally out of control now. No wonder Auto insurers are having so much trouble with their loss ratios currently.
