My guess would be that DuPont properly labeled the products sold and had no control over how the client handled or stored the product in question. This suit is about as stupid as bringing suit against Shell because I buy a gallon of gas at the corner station, in an approved container. I bring it home store it next to the natural gas water heater and start a huge fire that burns mine and 3 neighbors homes down. Can someone find fault with Shell?

I certainly can not nor can I find fault with Dow. Once delivered and properly labeled how can the manufacturer of the product have fault unless of course the product is defective.
