Pastor of the St. John AME Zion Church in Rutherfordton to boot. Referred to as the “Rev Dr.” Cynthia McCullough. There’s a great photo in the NY Post of her smiling with her arms raised as she’s going down a slide.

And after New York Life stopped payments based on the surveillance they collected, she appealed. You go, girl!

I have seen many cases in WC where an “injured” person saying he couldn’t work, was disabled and drawing WC indemnity and the company decided to use surveillance and they would be caught water skiing or under their pickup working on it etc. Prosecuting for fraud is very common nowadays with the entitlement crowd wanting to skate and not work.

These people are knowingly committing fraud for financial gain. How do you equate that with “the entitlement crowd”?

This has been going on for decades – nothing to do with the entitlement crowd. There will be always be cheats.
