Just throw her in jail every time there is a disaster so she doesn’t have to do it again. Also make her live with all of her insurance policies being double what they are currently, call it a fine on her saying she must submit the insurance policies and pay that amount to the state and to the insurance company. Blah blah, cruel and unusual punishment, blah blah blah fine you’re right but poetic justice seems so much better in fraud cases.
