Assignment of Benefits has been an unmitigated disaster and a gigantic fraud pulled off right under the noses of law enforcement, the State’s Atty Generals, etc. With any luck, they’ll find, indict and prosecute a few thousand more just like these low lifes.
It’s a shame that insurance companies “buy” law enforcement to prevent them from paying claims. I would guess that for every dollar of insurance fraud, there are at least 1,000 dollars in legitimate claims that these same insurance companies refused to pay. Where is the justice for THOSE people? Where are the insurance claims managers in handcuffs? Where is THAT investigation? Sorry, but don’t buy into this investigation scam by these people. The real crooks are the insurers.

James – Thanks for the laugh. I needed it .
Sounds to be like James is an attorney who is getting his income cut. Hats off to Florida for passing the AOB law.
