    There is hope I guess. One single positive time period does not necessarily make a trend but it’s definitely encouraging for us in FL

      Exactly. It could just be less claims being filed overall. If 30% or whatever percentage of claims are still going to litigation, and the proportion hasn’t changed, then nothing has improved.

    I question the way the data is presented in this article. The decrease in suits from July to August might be the summer lull. Let’s talk Citizens. While there August suit volume was down 16% from July it was still up 24% compared to August of 2020.

    This is to be expected as the bad actors raced to the courthouse to beat the 7/1 deadline of the new legislation. Let’s see some year over year comparisons for the rest of this year.
