XDimensional Technologies Completes Series B Financing Round

California-based XDimensional Technologies, Inc. (XDTI), a software development firm and web services provider to the insurance industry, announced the completion of its Series B round of financing. The conclusion of this investment round allows XDimensional to bring its flagship product Nexsure ™ to the insurance distribution market place. Nexsure is a web-native insurance point of sale and service solution architected on the Microsoft® .NET platform.

In keeping with its corporate commitment to technology and agency distribution solutions, the lead investor in this financing round was The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.

“The Hartford is committed to supporting technology solutions that are demanded by our product distributors,” Joe Gauches, Hartford’s Executive Vice President of e-Business and Technology, commented. “Nexsure is a product that several of Hartford’s major brokers and agents seek to improve their businesses and fully integrate the Internet with their sales and management processes. We are pleased by the opportunity to help meet this demand, and be a part of financing XDTI’s growth and development, working with its management team.”

In addition, Microsoft Corporation has selected XDimensional Technologies, Inc., with its Nexsure product, as its “Go to Market” partner in the Agency Point-of-Sale and Services marketplace.

“The Nexsure application is a prime example of what can be achieved by great developers on the Microsoft .NET platform,” Kevin Kelly, Managing Director – Insurance for Microsoft Corporation, remakred. “Our vision of software as a service is exemplified by XDTI having built one of the most powerful and dynamic point-of-sale/service applications to have emerged in a very long time. Whether operated as a subscription web service, installed in the data-center of a large agency or brokerage, or used by a carrier to provide remote transaction capability at the point of sale, this application is the harbinger of things to come from a great new Microsoft partner.”
