I am a claimant of fremont compensation ins group with a claim filed 12/28/2000 and i have been the victim of further injury and neglect by the insurance company and when the accusition occured i contacted eicn and asked what was happening with my claim they asked what my soc sec number was i gave it and i was told that they did not have info on my claim and to contact the insurance commissioner of the state of calif and when i did so they couldnt speak to me because they did not handle work comp ins. thats all bulloney because the ins comm had no problem accepting funds collected in court cases having to do with art collections stolen etc and collected 135 million to settle claims and my claimhas been severly mishandled and my life ruined i was sent a claim form from a different ins co called fremont indemnity treatment not recieved dragging approving treatment not paying med bills and all kinds of nightmare stuff and now im being screwed in court because this is all so complex no lawyer will take my case so the state ciga s lawyer is foul and not following laws and proceedures and telling me i owe them i intend to push the entire issue due to breech of contract, fudiciary duty bad faith etc and all i wanted was medical care and the benefits the law allots for injured workers the whole ordeal has caused additional injury Please anyone who would like to speak to me about the above issue and comment may contact me at 916-701-6981my name is Susan Knight suzanneknight68@gmail.com thank you for reading
