I believe the sentance handed down to Mr. Jackson is way to light. There was much more money involved than was mentioned in this article. The potential fines / restitution should be considerably higher.

I know both Thomas Jackson & his current wife Tanya. I worked with both when was employed by Grange. In fact Mr. Jackson was my immediate supervisor for several years. These two individuals have not been employed for the last year however they still drive around in a new truck and are wearing expense designer clothes. Although they allege to have lost everything. I don’t believe a word either would say. At Mr. Jacksons sentancing he tried to convince the judge he was just acting a Robyn Hood. He did it to help those in need. Haaaaaaaa, what a lie.

While I worked for Mr. Jackson I would have sworn he was an earthbound angel. Although I have known Thomas & Tanya Jackson for many years I now realize, I really don’t KNOW them at all.

Throw the book at him, is what I wish had happened. More years and more fines.

    Regarding Ms. Taylors comments.

First of all you have no right to bring my name into your comments. I was not involved in any of this, yet you slander my name! You may want to consult with your personal attorney!
Second, I am not at all surprised to find a comment from you on this article because you have always insisted in being in other peoples business.Check your facts Ms. Taylor…You may be really surprised if you knew the truth. You’ll never change will you? Get a life and leave other people alone.

One of the nine conspirators claims to not have been directly involved. Stating they only cashed a few two party checks for someone else, and thus found themselves arrested. The logical portion of my mind refuses to acknowledge that as being possibly true. I would think that to be investigated, then arrested as a direct result of an investigation, you would have to be directly involved. The fraudulent checks mentioned in the article would have had to been made payable to the party arrested, correct?
