The conviction of this minister, while the right thing to do, is only a drop in the bucket compared with the perjury by State Farm Executives. The effect of the State Farm perjury is nationwide. I have the documentation to prove my statements. Rich Pyorre, Fort Bragg, CA

Jeff Patterson, It’s easy for you to say that kind of remark about this Rich Pyorre fellow when probably his complaints have ended up in the next mellennium’s edition of “Future Fraud Fantasy Files” What do we have a State Department of Insurance on 45 Fremont Street, San Francisco California for anyhow? Just an example of: August 1, 1996 Subject: California Compensation Insurance Company, Dear Ms. Kegley we have received your complaint sent to our Fraud Bureau concerning the above subject. It will be reviewed to determine our ability to be of assistance. Very truly yours, Investigation Bureau (415) 904-5700. So, again the capacity of the Division of Worker’s Compensation Fraud Bureau is for who’s benefit? Insurance companies like State Farm and California Compensation Insurance Company aka Health Net that’s who’s. “We are waiting to hear from you!” My question is “who’s YOU?” It’s still the Era of Chuck Quackenbush, Insurance Comissioner and Pete Wilson, Govenor. What are we suppose to do? petition for a reconsideration from the defense of which the state of California has provided and their bad faith allowed.

I think that this Rich Pyorre fellow should take his case to the authorities rather than repeatedly post his irrelevant comments to this site.
