The Los Angeles Chapter of the CPCU Society announced its 2004-2005 Chapter Board of Officers and Directors, who took office on July 1, 2004.
The newly-elected Chapter Officers are President Tessa Lucero, Marsh USA Risk & Insurance Services; President Elect Rod Simonds, Worldwide Facilities; Vice President Eunice Downing-Jackson, Great American Insurance Companies; Secretary John Klaprat, Farmers Insurance Group; Treasurer Paul Wagner, Gen Re; and Immediate Past President Mary King, Burns & Wilcox.
Newly-elected Chapter Directors are Reiner Braun, Marsh USA Risk & Insurance Services; Betsey Brewer, The Rule Company; James Brown, Allianz Global Risks US; John Chesebrough, Chesebrough Associates; Terrance Goodreau, Carvill; Fabiola Irias, THB Intermediaries; Wes Kwon, ISU UNI Insurance Services; Gizelda Parr, Lockton Companies; Patricia Rosandich, The Hartford; and George Wallace, Wallace & Scwartz.
Members of the CPCU Society’s Los Angeles Chapter are involved in a number of educational, charitable and volunteer events throughout the community. The most recent community involvement project was participation in Inglewood Pride Day on June 12, part of National Neighbor Works’ Week, which involved the painting of six houses to make the neighborhood a better place.
