Under the guise of helping the small employer and the non-profit entities the Legislature led by the Pied Piper Govenor cut back and eleminated basic benifits for the most seriously injured and honest workers of this state. Now we, the small businessmen, are are being told that the monies being saved by the “reforms” can’t be shared and passed back to us. We are the very same small business folks the “reforms” were intended to help. It is said that the money cna’t be shared because we,the insurance companies.just don’t know if the reforms will work. What is wrong with this picture? I am a small busman and have 43 employees. I feel I have been cheated by both the Govenor and the foolish who had 36 hours to read and understand the bill of goods sold by the Govenor to Legislature. Perhaps the workers lawyers were right when they said this was just a big con intended to adi the insurances companies and the large employers.

Employers are at fault for NOT insisting that employees work taking all precautions, hiring immigrants who cannot speak or read english.

Lawyers tell their clients not to work to ensure settlements to be shared by the Lawyers who are not paid unless there is a settlement !
