    I agree with “more of the same”. Why this state keeps voting in politicians that use the office as a steping stone for “higher”
    office and a free political billboard for their bid for higher office. We do need a good insurance commissioner that will make companies do the right thing and the same for agents and brokers however, more of the redundant stupid forms that have come out so far are not needed. We really need a good honest insurance professional that knows the business, has worked in the business and knows both sides, Broker/Agent and Company. Think about it…are you out there?

    Why would this surprise anyone? They make insurers pay more than people were insured for in fires and floods, they do not have stiff enough regs for fraud, but tell companies they cannot non renew anyone because they have filed claim after claim.

    Someone with common sense and no political ties would be the best thing to happen to CA (and elsewhere for that matter). Honesty? What a novel idea!
