It’s no ones business what my income is nor what the source is except the IRS. I am not an elected official, so what my profit margin is or where it is coming from is “only” my business. The state does nothing to regulate the 200% markup on furniture and the 2000% markup on jewelry, why should they give a rats a** about my measley 10%.

As long as there are no “kickbacks” from the company, and none to the client to write his business. My finances are none of your business!!!

It has seemed to me all along that this was a bunch of horse doo doo. I am glad that there have been no complaints about how we are compensated by Insureds. Honestly would a retailer lower their price because I knew the mark up. I would think that Garamendi is trying to use this proposal to his benefit, along with trying to jump on the band wagon with spitzer. This way he can ding companies/agents/brokers and use it in his next campaign add. After trying to pull off this crap I do not see Garamendi getting much support from Insurance companies at this point. If it aint broke dont fix it!

Now we get a continous grind from all my customers who love to bargain.

I’d like Garamendi to disclose is donors on the ballot.

    Pinhead Socialist government.

What do you expect from a Quackamendi. We SHOULD investigate his “donors”. How about farming? Maybe we need to look into what he used to do also!
