But, the funny thing is that the estimate to repair their vehicle is only $600. Their attorney stated that the victim never had any type of prior injuries. However, we found out that the victim was involved in a major accident in last year and still suffering due to that injury and of course, the adjuster requested for their medical record. Do I need say more??? If something doesn’t make sense, we have to find out for truth. Way to go judge!!!
