If I found out a relative was doing something like this, I would give them a chance to stop it and if they did not, I would turn them in. I and everyone else pays for that so more power to whoever it was that turned him in. YES he should have to pay the legal fees for filing a frivolous lawsuit, do not let him out of that which says OK, you were wrong but you are not going to be punished for it.
