Who turned him in for fraud does not and should not matter in the least. What matters is that fraud was being committed. If I found out a relative was doing something like this, I would give them a chance to stop it and if they did not, I would turn them in. I and everyone else pays for that so more power to whoever it was that turned him in. YES he should have to pay the legal fees for filing a frivolous lawsuit, do not let him out of that which says OK, you were wrong but you are not going to be punished for it. When the hell are we going to stop coddling the people who are committing the crime???

It is a miracle that we can get insurance for the price we do with the attitude that Mr. Cool has.

This is a large part of what is wrong with America. The vast majority has lost their sense of right and wrong. Fraud is stealing.

Lawyers lie for their clients and propound outrageous claims against businesses and individuals to get to \”Deep Pockets\” aka Insurance.

Too bad you have lost your conscience Mr. Cool.

If your family is committing fraud, they don\’t deserve respect. If they were committing fraud against you, would that be okay?

Why would my family commit fraud against me? What arent you understanding here? Did you have a falling out with your family? Did your parents beat you.
