Quite honestly, Garamendi could be a Green, Libertarian, it would not make any difference. He is just a complete moron who only wants to ascend to higher office. His attempt at changing the rating factors is only pandering to the urban areas where most people are and who might vote for him. He has no cognitive insurance sense whatsover.
