PSIC Reduces Rates in the California Homeowners Market

Property and casualty insurer Pacific Specialty Insurance Co. has rate reductions in its suite of residential property products in California.

Rates have been reduced 17 percent on preferred homeowners HO-3, 11 percent on standard homeowners HO-3, 10 percent on renters HO-4 and 10 percent on unit-owners HO-6 programs, which the company said would create an average savings of $200 to $250 for homeowners customers.
