    They had to conduct a study to determine people don’t read their policies? I could have told you that for free!

    I thought the reason so many homes were underinsured in California was because insurers were purposely holding down coverages so they wouldn’t have to pay out so much. Isn’t that what the bloomberg report and former California Insurance Kommissar Garemendi shamelessly reported? No wonder nobody reads the policy there – they’ve been given a pass by what passes for leadership there. I have a duty as a policyholder? Duh, what duty?
