Hub International Ltd. announced that Hub International of California Insurance Services Inc. (HUB California) has acquired JRN Benefits, Inc. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Santa Barbara, Calif., the $1.2 million revenue broker provides employee benefits insurance and consulting services, with expertise in helping employers develop and administer qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and other benefit programs. John R. Nelson and his associates will continue to operate the JRN business.
“JRN will provide HUB California with an additional product line expertise,” said Kirk Christ, president of HUB California.
Headquartered in Chicago, Hub International Ltd. is an insurance brokerage that provides property and casualty, reinsurance, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
