Arizona Cities Not Liable for Accidents on State-Controlled Streets

    Citizens of AZ, your cities don’t give a crap about you. They’ve disclaimed liability for accidents that occur because the state, not the city, techncially “controls” the streets you travel. What’s next? The State disclaiming liability for these streets because the cities actually manage them? I fear for the plaintiff attorneys who will lose income because nobody will be liable and they’ll have nobody to sue.
