It makes me wornder about the timing of this Criminal charge againest Ben Thielen does it have anything to do about him running againest Walsh in this election Maby Ben would when and do a better job then Walsh.We need a new Shaiiff in Butte I cant see that Walsh has done anything for Butte it is all the same the good old boys uptown.Personly I would like to see Walsh replaced he has done a bad job as Shaiff in this town.Thanks
these claims always smell fishy to any claims person, and I am baffled why any claim would have been paid. doesn’t look like the claims department did a proper investigation, but then, as usual, this article only tells part of the story – – – -.
it won’t matter, but the major complaint is why did not the claims folks properly identify the claim. afterall, the dates of the stolen items alone would have rung up a bell. secondly, it was his former wife – who had joint possession of the items, so it was not stolen.
sound like he was fishy to me because he probably did not get the items he wanted from the divorce and figured he could possibly salvage by getting his return based on the almighty dollar. in this case, it will cost him no pennies, but jailtime and a fine to give back to the state. um…um… and he wants to be an elected official — oooh, they get away with those things or attempt to; he just might fit in!
