It is all politics. Poizner is getting ready to run for Governor. He needs name recognition with the public… and a way to get Californian’s to take their minds off the mess the state is in. He’s done some good stuff as Insurance Commissioner, but he’s amassing it for his next campaign.

Please add Venezuela, Columbia, Peru, Mexico, Israel, Somalia, Yemen and North Korea while you are at it. Surely, you can find something wrong with all of these countries as well.

It will be very interesting to see which insurance companies (if any) from California are invested in Iran. Once found, they should be required to change their company logo to include a photo of Neda, the beautiful martyr. Then Americans will get the message: “you’re either with them, or you’re with us.” Iran’s current government does not deserve American support in any way, shape or form.

Let’s try to help a country, not continue the Axis of Evil campaign, which just created more enemies.

Take it easy, haters. You’d all be more careful about deriding CA DOI and Poizner if you knew the pretext behind that last sentence in the article. Any idea what it really means to be a lifetime member of the Council on Foreign Relations?

I don’t think this is a place to bargain about our love for this country,I think this is a national affair and there are people in our country who are capable of attending to the security of this nation, but it should be a country decision that express the whole nation as one and comes from who is in charge of these affairs
maybe the mentioning of this in IJ gave it adiferent angle and made it looks like our industry is not sticking to our affairs , and as Mighty mentioned the list is long
