Apparently Baxter, you have no comprehension of the internal workings of the “tribal gaming authorities”. Once we get a federal insurance authority, then the tribes can vote themselves a bailout from a much bigger pool, and that does not mention the failure of the tribal health care system in lowering hazardous behaviors of that welfare system.
