    I will. I’ll believe the blowhards from B&B when they: (a) give up their positions to women; (2) pay women more than they earn.

    Otherwise, it is just exhibitionistic blather. Women aren’t stupid, guys!

    Yes, I found the tone of the article offensive. Where have they been all this time? Where are quotes from their women executives? There have been lots of qualified women in insurance for many years. Its up to B & B to hire them based on their capabilities and pay them what they are worth. As for mentoring, it’s not a gender-specific activity. Get real, guys!

    They did quote a female executive in the article. Trindl Reeves is a woman and is a Princial owner at B&B. She is one of the primary proponents of the new GROW initiative which was announced at our annual company event this year. Just saying…
