about time a judge stepped to the plate and told the state, “it’s not your money!” the state budget is short and they figured they could just move money around. is this not like fudging the books? in many cases when we see this in a business don’t we take them to court? so do we charge the state congressional leaders and the governor for embezzlement or money laundering? what is worse is that this would be like running your own house and you rob your kids piggy bank. then you don’t even replace that money, much less try to hide the bank itself. luckily here businesses and the insurance stood up.

afterall, was it not the state that requires their be a workmans comp? so if they took the money, where are they going to get it? oh, ask the insurance to raise premiums to cover the money we took… i don’t think so!
