We have people with cancer, people that are blind, people that are born with horrible diseases and we are spending $12 million dollars on the earth shaking. Give me a break. The earth will always shake. Nothing you can do about it. Sure you can build buildings stronger as well as bridges and we are doing that. Maybe we should spend the money on wind. Let’s build a facility to perform research on wind. It’s a joke people, just like wasting $12 million on this. I guess the president was correct, our recession is over.
