Wow…Peter Arkley left to “pursue other opportunities”? I wonder if his departure has anything to do with the class action settlement with the L.A. ACS.
Word on the street is that this is because a significant number of the people in Aon’s construction practice in CA (including Arkley) just defected to a competitor, partially due to the new arrangement Aon has on their wholesale business. If you put your own needs ahead of your clients’ needs, bad things can happen.

For us interested lay people, could you please explain what the L.A. ACS class action settlement is?
Interesting.

One more thing…Kevin Whit will do an excellent job in this position. Highly qualified, highly respected.
