What about Farmers or STATE FARM insurance AGENCIES where the AGENT pays his/her EMPLOYEES a SALARY but the employee is expected to service and produce to levels that REQUIRE THE EMPLOYEE to START WORK VERY EARLY or WORK VERY LATE or ON THE WEEKEND where the employee ACTUALLY WORKS WELL OVER 40 HOURS/week and NEVER receives any OVERTIME pay, but is JUST HAPPY TO HAVE A JOB! Would an attorney be able to find CLASS ACTION STATUS amongst the EMPLOYEES of many, say for example STATE FARM AGENTS that might be in violation of Wage and Hour or Dept of Labor Laws.

I’d know this, somewhat rhetorical question, if I were an attorney, but alas, I’m olnly… OmniSure.

Obviously you are with State Farm, but,if so, remember you are an employee of your agent, not SF. Class Action lawsuits only benefit the attorney – so, if you feel like I think you feel, go find another job!!! You obviously are not happy – so get the h— out of town; next question – where are you going???
I am an Agent and I do pay payroll!!
