    maybe the blood sucking attorneys could only keep 10% instead of their usual 33%.

    What is the basis for giving a set amount just because the person died? Sorry for their survivors, but wouldn’t it be somewhat more equitable to allocate less to survivors and more to the people who survived and incurred astronomical medical expenses? Or at least base the death awards on whether the decedent had dependents…
