A few years ago in Florida we had an influx of Erisa Health Plans from bogus Entities from Nevada. Ie Employers Mutual (Not the legitimate Company), claiming to be exempt from State Insurance Laws of Florida. This entity along with many others left thousands of uninsured buyers with unpaid claims, totaling millions of dollars.
It is difficult to tell from your comment whether you think ANI is a “bogus entity from Nevada.” However, to clear up any confusion, ANI is both licensed and regulated by Vermont and registered to do business in 46 states. The states in which we are registered have ample opportunity to keep tabs on our financial condition through reports we provide them and to take action well before any policyholders could be impaired. We hold an A VIII rating from AM Best.
